The Sea Monkeys delivered a plastic recycling machine set to The Juara Turtle Project on Tioman Island off the East Coast of Malaysia. They will Shred their ocean plastic they collect from their beach cleanups to turn into bricks and make other useful things using the extruder and Injection machines from the other plastics collected from their many recycling bins set up all over the island. There has been some concerns about micro plastics being released into the environment

When The Sea Monkey Project first started, we hadn't yet built the shredder. So we painstakingly cut the collected straws by hand into small pieces for the extrusion machine and injection machine. It was the only plastic waste we could cut by hand. Now Mr Shred cuts through almost all plastic waste (excuding plastic bags).
